All the prices that appear in the reservation of your transfer are per vehicle, not per person.
The price includes your reserved route. The price does not include tips, this is left to the discretion of the passenger.
The stops requested by you during the trip (which have not been contracted before) may have an additional cost.
Your transfers are normally paid directly to the driver upon arrival at his destination. You can make the payment in cash or card.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the payment must be made before your transfer and you must attach the proof of payment by email.
Seats for children DO NOT have extra expenses. They should always be requested in your reservation.
The tolls must be request by the client; the driver will pay the cost of the toll and at the end of transfer will be included in the price of your reservation.

All children will be included as passengers in their reservation.
Children with a height of 135 cm or less should ALWAYS use an approved restraint system adapted to their weight and height. No supplement is applied to the cost of the reservation, the chairs, elevators or maxi coccyxes are free.
The age and number of children must always be indicated in their reservation, so that the driver can take the necessary child seats in the vehicle.
They can bring their own seats whenever they want. Weight and approximate measures:
- Maxi coccyx: up to 10 kg. Approx.
- Baby seats: from 9 kg to 19 kg. Approx.
- Boosters: from 15 kg. to 39 kg. Approx.
- From 135cm and 12 years, they can use the vehicle’s own belt.
Note: The belt band can never go under the arm or behind the back.
If the band touches the neck or passes under the chin, the child should continue using a booster.
The time that appears on the Web when you make your reservation is estimated, the duration of the transfer varies according to traffic, possible works, festivities, road cuts etc…
Remember that if you have to check your luggage, you must be at least at the airport 2 hours before the departure time of your flight. As a tip, add 10 to 20 minutes more to the estimated time that appears on
the web and add 2 hours (or the time you want to arrive in advance), so that they are at the airport, port or station with enough time.
All the drivers of Booking Málaga Transfer have electronic devices to monitor flights, in which all the updates of your flight appear, so we will always be informed.
It is very important that in your reservation you indicate your flight number so that you can monitor and control your flight.
In transfer of exit or in transfers of door to door, the driver can wait a maximum of 20 minutes. We will always try to get in touch with you in case any problem has arisen. If you need more waiting time for any
reason, we ask that you contact us to let us know.
- In arrivals: 1 hour from the arrival of the flight.
- If the flight is delayed, do not worry, we will have your flight monitored and the driver will be there when your flight lands.
- If you lose your luggage or a problem arises, please contact us in order to have the driver informed.
Even so, we will always try to contact you if the flight has disappeared from the screen and you have not yet met the driver, That is why it is important to put your phone number in the reservation.
At the airport or train stations, your driver will be in the main arrivals hall (arrival hall) with a sign with the name that we have left reflected in the reservation.

In the different transfers as in hotels, houses etc. The driver will be at the place specified in your reservation.
Normally when the pick-up is in hotels the driver will be at the door of the hotel and whenever possible at the reception of the hotel. When it comes to a home or address, the driver will be at the exact address where they indicated in their reservation.
